I am trying to add a language not included in the Windows distribution by creating the kbdxx.dll and langxxx.dll files. (Making the language appear on the menu is trivial, you just edit system.ini). The kbdxx.dll translation driver provides two routines, one to translate the characters and one that gives the names of special keys in the national language. Does anyone know what parameters those routines expect? The langxxx.dll driver has just one routine. I need to find out what this routine is supposed to do as well. Finaly I have created empty .dll files to compare against the one provided by Microsoft, using the development toolkit and msc 5.1. Comparing the files I created to the Microsoft ones I found that the Microsoft files contained a reference to ``bind''. Does anyone know what this is, what it does and how to get it?
